Television, with 64.6%, is the preferred way for Spaniards to be informed, followed closely by the press, both paper and digital, with 42%. Internet search engines stay at 28.5% while radio maintains 22%. These data are from the study carried out by UTECA in collaboration with Barlovento Comunicación and Deloitte.
According to the study, 8 out of 10 Spaniards choose the television to inform themselves daily, the press is again in second place and the radio in third place. Social networks lose credibility and video platforms are placed in last position. Fake news positions traditional media better and gives them credibility and truthfulness regarding all the information that circulates on the Internet.
